Bangalore Metro
After a dear friend of mine in the blogging world requested for pictures of the Bangalore Metro I went to ride the Metro. When I reached the station I realised that due to the recent suicide incident involving a young boy in the Metro Station the guards had become very strict inside the train and in the station. Hiding my from line of sight I managed to snap a couple of pictures from the Metro train.

Shades of Dawn - HDR
Sankey Tank, one of the most beautiful lakes in Bangalore, evenings at Sankey Tank is swarming with joggers and brisk walkers. The benches facing the calm lake is dotted with couples hand in hand lost in their world. A free yoga class silently unwinds in the park and welcomes guests to join in, ducks coloured the prettiest white swim the lake in grace. A well maintained and a clean lake Sankey Tank is the pride of the residents of Malleshwaram and Sadashivnagar.

Ulsoor Lake
Picture of Ulsoor lake, the beautiful lake is still a long way from becoming a clean lake. The colour of the water in the lake as seen in the picture is a deadly green. In comparison to Sankey Tank, the Ulsoor lake stands meek. The silver lining is that there is some work done around the lake to beautify the surroundings and constant cleaning done to bring the lake up to good standards.

Bear Attack
I managed to take this picture when a huge Black Bear attacked the safari bus and tried to put his claws through the mesh on the window of the safari bus.
I guess he was too excited to see people and hoped someone would throw some sweets or fruits at him. He calmly walked away after a minute, but it was a heart stopping minute but exciting encounter for us sitting inside the safari bus. I was just lucky the bear chose the window I was sitting by to attack.
